Installation Note 30926: Error during installation of SAS® 9.2 for OpenVMS on HP Integrity (VMI) when deployment registry files cannot be found
During the installation of SAS 9.2 on VMI, the installation
appears to complete successfully, but the following error occurs:
ERROR: The following command to update Deployment Registry
did not complete successfully.
The error is caused by some missing files in the deployment
registry directory.
This error poses no problems to your SAS Foundation installation.
There is currently no way to prevent the error.
